Where you fit in.
The face of the Slao experience. You'll guide guests through a multicourse tasting menu with warmth, precision, and confidence.
- Servers with fine dining or tasting menu experience preferred
- Hosts and floor staff who set the tone from the moment guests arrive
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage pairings
- Calm, composed presence in a high-expectation environment
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
Precision, creativity, and consistency. You'll work alongside a team committed to pushing the boundaries of what a steakhouse can be.
- Line cooks with experience in fine dining or upscale kitchens
- Prep cooks with strong knife skills and mise en place discipline
- Familiarity with modern techniques a plus (not required)
- Ability to execute consistently under service pressure
- Team-first mindset and commitment to quality at every step
