Memoir is a sandwich shop rooted in fermentation and love for old memories. Using all local ingredients, local bread, and a hell of a lot of preserved goodies :)

Memoir, refers to a small memory in Chef Miguel’s life of being a teenager sitting on a school rooftop, hand recording cassettes, and enjoying a sandwich and chips with the sunset. He feels every person deserves a sandwich worth a sunset.
